Institutional settings (inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, psychiatric hospitals, community/speciality, nursing facilities, prisons)
Outpatient settings (hospitals, clinics, medical and therapy offices)
Home and community services (residences, group homes, assisted living, schools, early intervention centers, day care centers, industry and business, hospice, sheltered workshops,transitional-living facilities, wellness/fitness centers, community mental health facilities)
